(More customer reviews)I bought 2 sets for my parents and really thought this was the "will not break b/c it's melamine".This is not the Corelle found in the superstores, so don't be mistaken.Straight up stoneware.Plates are nicely sized and very solid.Bowls are deep enough, and cups are perfect.Corelle did a wonderful job of designing this set.If I need any more tableware, will definitely consider this, maybe in red.

BTW, [...] did a superb job of shipping these items.Packaged with care (mfg boxes insulated within another big box).No damage at all.And fast!
